Before I created this professional looking recruitment pack the Human Resources department at the Civil Nuclear Constabulary were relying on self-produced forms printed in-house on a desktop printer. The time had come for this specialised Force to raise its profile as an employer capable of providing the same opportunities as the regular Police Force.
As well as recruitment packs I also designed both national and local advertising campaigns for the Constabulary aimed specifically at graduates. With this new found profile they were able to send the packs out to potential officers in the confidence that they would receive a healthier response rate and be able to choose from a wider range of applicants than before.
